Selling pest repellers under your own brand gives you control over price, packaging and listings, and stops shoppers comparing you with identical unbranded units. The good news is that private label repellers do not need large volumes. This guide walks through what you can customize, the minimum order for each option, and how long the process takes from first inquiry to shipment.
Three levels of private label
You do not have to customize everything at once. Most brands move through three levels as their sales grow.
Level 1 – Neutral stock with your labels
- Our repeller models are kept in stock, about 3,000 units per model, in neutral packaging with an English manual.
- No minimum order. You can add your own stickers or labels after delivery.
- Best for testing a market, a model or a new sales channel.
Level 2 – Your logo and manual (from 500 units per model)
- Your logo on the device
- Your user manual, with your brand name and contact details
- Best for a first branded launch on marketplaces or with retail partners.
Level 3 – Full custom look (from 2,000 units per model)
- Custom shell color, so your product looks different from others on the market
- Your own printed color box
- Best when a model is selling well and you want a range that is clearly yours.
What we need from you
To prepare proofs quickly, send:
- Your logo in a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) and your brand colors
- Target market, so the manual, labels and test reports match local rules
- Manual text changes, if any, such as your company name, address and support contact
- Packaging preferences: single unit or multi-pack, and any retailer requirements such as barcodes
We already have manuals in several European languages for some models, including English, German, French, Spanish and Italian, and multi-pack packaging on some models, which saves time when you sell across the EU.
Step-by-step timeline
- Inquiry and quotation – tell us the model, quantity, customization level and market.
- Standard sample – test the product itself before you invest in artwork.
- Digital proofs – we send proofs of the logo position, manual and color box for your approval.
- Pre-production check – for shell colors or new packaging, we confirm color and print details with you before the run.
- Production – about 12 days after you approve the sample and artwork.
- Final QC and shipment – we check the finished goods, then hand over to your forwarder.
The production step is short. In practice, the time you need depends mostly on how quickly samples and proofs are approved, so have your logo files and manual text ready before you start.
Compliance travels with your brand
Putting your name on a product means your customers will look to you for the paperwork. Before launch, make sure you have:
- Test reports for each model in your range. Our repellers have CE and FCC test reports, which we share by model.
- For the U.S. market, the EPA establishment number on the packaging and the importer's FCC compliance statement in the manual. Our repellers are produced in an EPA-registered establishment, Est. No. 97987-CHN-1. See our guide to selling pest repellers in the U.S. for details.
- Factual product claims. Describe modes, frequencies and coverage accurately, and avoid promises of guaranteed results.
