Ultrasonic repellers look similar on a product page, but they are built for very different places: a kitchen socket, a car engine bay, a garden bed. Stocking the right type for the right customer cuts returns and makes your listings easier to sell. This guide explains the main formats, what to compare, and how our current models fit.

The three main formats

Plug-in repellers (indoor)

Plug-in units go straight into a wall socket and run continuously. They are the core of most repeller ranges, for homes, kitchens, garages, warehouses and offices. Most offer several modes: a high-frequency mode that is silent to most adults, a wider sweeping mode, and a "powerful" mode that adds audible sound or flashing lights for empty rooms at night.

Car and garage repellers

Rodents chewing car wiring is a common and expensive problem. Car repellers are compact, run on batteries or vehicle power, and are designed to survive heat and cold in an engine compartment or trunk. Because they run on limited power, good models work in short cycles and rest between them to save battery.

Solar outdoor repellers

Solar units are staked into the ground in gardens, yards and around buildings. A built-in panel charges the battery during the day, and many models combine ultrasound with flashing lights. They suit customers who want protection outdoors without running cables, including models aimed at birds.

What to compare between models

  • Frequency range. Ultrasound above about 20 kHz is inaudible to most adults. Models that sweep or switch between frequency bands are designed to keep pests from getting used to one fixed tone.
  • Modes and lights. A daily silent mode plus a stronger mode for empty rooms gives the end customer flexibility. LED strobes or night lights add a visible feature that photographs well on listings.
  • Coverage. Manufacturers usually state coverage for an open, unobstructed room. Ultrasound does not pass through walls or large furniture, so customers need one unit per room.
  • Power and running cost. Plug-in units should draw only a few watts, since they are meant to run around the clock.
  • Operating conditions. Car units need a wide temperature range; outdoor units need weather protection and a solar panel sized for the battery.
  • Documents. Ask for the test reports for the exact model you will sell, matched to your market.

Our current models

SDH-058 – plug-in, our newest model

  • Three modes: 19–25 kHz fixed frequency, 25–65 kHz rodent mode, and a powerful cycle mode that adds an audible 200 Hz segment for unoccupied areas
  • Side ambient lights that switch on and off independently of the repelling mode
  • Coverage of about 80–120 m² in an open space
  • Starts automatically in its default mode when plugged in

SDH-046 – plug-in, four modes

  • Insect mode (19–25 kHz), rodent mode (25–65 kHz), frequency-cycle mode, and a cycle mode with LED flashing for empty rooms at night
  • Blue night light with its own control
  • Returns to its default mode automatically after a power cut

SDH-051 – high-output indoor unit

  • Three ultrasonic speakers plus one variable-frequency speaker
  • 12 LED strobe lights with their own on/off switch
  • Four modes, including a powerful sweeping mode and a combined sound-and-light mode
  • Coverage of about 120 m², power draw of 5 W or less

SDH-044 – car and garage

  • Runs on 4 × AA batteries, or on DC 5–12 V vehicle power or an adapter with the included cables
  • Variable ultrasound at 18–36 kHz with a flashing light
  • Operating range of –25 °C to +65 °C
  • Works in cycles (about 10 seconds on, 100 seconds standby) to save power
  • For engine compartments, car trunks and garages; not waterproof

Solar outdoor repellers

  • Ground-stake units with solar charging, ultrasound and flashing lights, including bird repeller versions

Stock, MOQ and documents

  • In stock: about 3,000 units per repeller model, neutral packaging and an English manual, no minimum order.
  • Your brand: logo and user manual from 500 units per model; custom shell color and color box from 2,000 units.
  • Production: about 12 days after sample and artwork approval.
  • Documents: we share the CE, FCC and RoHS test reports available for each model, so tell us your target market when you ask. Our repellers are produced in an EPA-registered establishment (Est. No. 97987-CHN-1), which U.S. importers of pest devices need on record.

A simple starting range

If you are building a repeller range for the first time, a practical mix is:

  • One plug-in model as your volume seller for homes
  • One car repeller for automotive and hardware channels
  • One solar outdoor model for garden and outdoor channels

Start with stock units to test sell-through, then move your best seller to your own brand from 500 units.
