Our proven two-half magnetic hand warmer, with the shell shape, color and print designed around your brand.
HW8 shares its heating core with our HW7 rugby hand warmer: two magnetic halves, three heat levels (45, 50 and 55 °C) and a 2500 mAh battery. What changes is the outside. We can shape the shell as a fruit, a food, a ball or your own character, match the colors to your brand and print faces, patterns or your logo. Avocado and sweet-potato designs are shown as examples.

Most hand warmers on the shelf look the same. HW8 lets you stand out: the heating core, battery and safety circuits stay the same as our tested HW7, while the shell is designed for your market, season or character.
Examples include an avocado with a creamy "fruit" face and a sweet potato with a printed smile and plush cover. Tell us your idea and we will work out the shape, colors and print, then make samples before mass production.

Questions buyers ask about HW8
Can you make a shape we design?
Yes. Send us a sketch or reference and we will work out the shell design and make samples for approval.
What is the minimum order?
2,000 units per design and color, made to order with a lead time of about 20 days after sample approval.
Is it the same inside as HW7?
Yes. HW8 uses the HW7 heating core: two magnetic halves, 45/50/55 °C and a 2500 mAh battery.
Can we use cartoon characters?
We can print your own artwork or characters you hold a license for. We cannot print third-party brands without a license.
Can you add a plush cover or keyring?
Yes. A matching plush cover with a clip and keyring can be added, as shown on the sweet-potato design.
Which certifications does it have?
CE (EMC), FCC Part 15B and UKCA on the shared core.
