Seasonal products reward buyers who order early and punish those who order late. Pest repellers sell when the weather warms up; hand warmers and heated belts sell when it turns cold. If your stock lands after the season has started, you are competing for the second half of demand. This calendar shows when importers in Europe and North America usually place orders for each product line, and how our stock and production times fit in.
The two seasons at a glance
Rodent and insect repellers – spring and summer
- Retail demand builds from March and stays strong through summer.
- Rodents also look for shelter indoors when it gets colder, so plug-in rodent repellers see a second wave in autumn.
- Car rodent repellers sell through most of the year, wherever vehicles are parked outdoors.
Hand warmers, heated waist belts and eye masks – autumn and winter
- Retail demand runs from October to February, with gifting peaks before the holidays.
- Heated eye masks also sell year-round for travel and rest, but winter is the main gifting window.
Build your timeline backwards
Start from the date you want goods on your shelves or in your warehouse, then subtract:
- Shipping and customs – allow several weeks for ocean freight and clearance, less for air or rail.
- Production – about 12 days after you approve the sample and artwork.
- Sample and artwork approval – typically one to two weeks, depending on how quickly you sign off.
- Quotation and decision – your own internal approval time.
For a first order, add a buffer. Small questions about packaging text or labels are the most common cause of delay.
Month-by-month ordering guide
December – February
- Place OEM orders for spring repellers under your own brand.
- Confirm packaging artwork and any market-specific labels.
- Reorder stock repellers for early-spring promotions.
March – May
- Repeller season is open: top up with in-stock models, which ship without a minimum order.
- Review sell-through and plan your summer volumes.
June – August
- Place OEM orders for hand warmers, heated waist belts and eye masks for the coming winter.
- This is also the best time to sample new warmer designs before committing to volume.
September – October
- Final window for winter reorders.
- Plan autumn rodent repeller stock for the indoor season.
November
- Winter products are on shelves; review what sold and plan next season.
- Start early conversations for the following spring's repeller program.
How our stock and minimums help
- Repellers in stock: about 3,000 units per model, neutral packaging with an English manual, no minimum order. Use stock to test a market or fill a gap mid-season.
- Your brand on repellers: logo and manual from 500 units per model.
- Warmers, belts and eye masks: made to order from 1,000 units, with your logo and manual included. These are not kept in stock, so plan them ahead of the season.
- Custom shell color and color box: from 2,000 units per model, for all products.
Because the two lines peak in opposite seasons, you can run both with us: repellers for the warm months and warmers for the cold months, with one supplier and one set of documents to manage.
Plan your next order
